I'm not sure how i feel about the opinions of those who believe that, as part of open carry, they should be able to bring guns on airplanes. Doesn't seem like a good idea. If you can't bring a tweezer, you shouldn't be able to bring a gun.

Besides.. the point I think you're trying to make is not one of "open carry" rather it is one of 2nd Amendment. And well... since aircraft were not around when the Bill of Rights was drafted up.. Last edited by KillerBee370; 07-30-2010 at 12:54 AM. |

yea, shooting a gun on a plane is like shooting fish in a barrel. You'll hit the one you want, but your gonna hit sum fish you didn't wanna hit as well. That should never happen, I would hate to have sum trigger happy dumba$$ on that plane and give him a reason to use a gun

I always carry concealed.
BTW, shooting in a plane isn't going to hurt the plane. And if you're trained, you won't be hitting anyone else except the perp.

I only open carry in certain situations. Usually if I'm camping, hiking, taking a walk late at night. Any other times and it's concealed; just a personal preference. I don't get into all the political BS / arguments concerning open carry vs. concealed. Both have their merits and usefulness.
