yes, they are, in fact, from a bodyfat % standpoint, they are obese. oh, and they both look like sh!t too.

the meals are small, esp for a girl. I know you are not trying to powerlift or anything like that, but a meal could be a small chicken breast and some veggies and for some healthy fat, some olive oil on the chicken.

Each meal should contain 40-50% protein, 30% carbs, and 20-30% good fats.


Oh, and while "technically" machines count as resistance training, free weights are better, much much MUCH better!

Don't waste your time putting yourself down, assess where you are, where you need to be, what steps are necessary to get there, and then commit with 100% of yourself ot achieving your longterm goal.

Well, if you got it, flaunt it ? LOL I actually look up to ppl who are that confident in themselves to post something like that up on the internet but you put out a good point, they probably do like the attention, regardless of where it's coming from. Sadly, i've been called an attention whore more than once, so maybe i'm doing something wrong here
