My Escort 9500 hasn't let me down. I actually just got back from a roadtrip to NY and back here to FL and the radar saved me several times. I enjoy my cruise control on 80-85mph regions.

My sister had some old one that I used on my trip to NY, I forget which kind it was. That thing kept going off literally like every 5 mins for no apparent reason. Didn't see any cops around 99% of the time. Saw like 2 maybe 3 on my whole 4 hr trip.

well, sometimes it just means that a cop is nearby, so it could have actually been doing fine. but if you had a really claer view around you, then it prolly was a bunch of false positives
