pffftttt i'm not gonna say anything to contradict what you believe is best for you to deal with your own problems but negative self-talk, as someone mentioned to me before, isn't gonna help and only expecting negative outcomes will only validate your negative self-talk, which then becomes your vicious circle. I'm not comparing my minial problems to yours but I'm trying to stay positive and optimistic that something good will happen soon, in spite of all the negative stuff that has happened.

Well if living in the clouds works for you and keeps you blind to reality, then good for you. But I'm sorry, I'm not going to look away when reality is what it is. When the situation changes, then the mindset will change. You can't create negativity by thinking it otherwise then that would mean you can control what happens in the world, and if you want to be the one that says it that's fine. But I'm not going to be so overzealous to say I control the world. I'm simply saying I see how things are and I see the trends and I'm not going to turn my head at it.

I react to the situations I'm engaged in and I take them at face value. And right now, that value is jack shit. But not because I think so, because they are. I just call it how I see it. When it's good, I say its good. But when it's bad, I say its bad too.

I highly doubt your situations have ALWAYS been negative. I do think there are also positive things that happened but you just chose to ignore or disregard them. And if a situation is bothering you, as a "wiseman" once said, then change it. but in all serioursness, just take steps towards correcting the things that are conitnuosly aggravating you and your situation should start changing for the better

Well like I said, if you lived my life, you'd see that yeah, it actually is Always negative. No matter what I do to change/make it more positive.

And there's only 1 step to fix the situation, and it's something I won't do. So yeah, there really isn't any other option...
