Part is what Lemers wrote earlier, which many times stems from a lack of financial sense. Alot of times tho, after getting shot at on a regular basis etc etc, you just don't give a ****, it's only money and you enjoy the adrenaline rush of driving 150 mph on the highway (don't ask...)
