Grandparents are in the Philippines right now visiting my sick Aunt, tried to talk to them on the phone yesterday and they lost their voices because the air is soo badly polluted. No Bueno

Depends on where you go. There are literally over a thousand islands there. That's like saying the whole US is shytty when you heard it from someone visiting Detroit. You also have to realize that the average temp this time of year over there is like 100 degrees and humid.
