A lot of flips in Texas, lol. I have family in the Houston/Sugarland area. I gotta say though, NY/NJ has the better filipino restaurants. One of my favorite is Tito Rad's in Queens, but there are a bunch of others. There's a Max's in NJ as well as Red Ribbon for dessert
