The issue with it being software is Apple can just say "it will be fixed in an update." Yet they never give a timeline on when the updates will come.

The issue with it being software is Apple can just say "it will be fixed in an update." Yet they never give a timeline on when the updates will come. I believe it was the early revisions of 2.0 there was a slight problem which was causing connection issues (data), and they said update will be here soon and it took 4 months.
