Which state do you think is the dumbest and why? I think one of the dumbest states is Florida. Just what i've seen and read about the people in FL.

The dumbest state?
Which state do you think is the dumbest and why?
I think one of the dumbest states is Florida. Just what i've seen and read about the people in FL. Maybe it's the sun or the water they drink down there. I've read that some teen girls were drinking bleach in hope that they won't get preganant or something similar to that. It was a while ago. There some other stuff i've read about but can't think of any of them right now.
