The dumbest state?
 

Which state do you think is the dumbest and why?

I think one of the dumbest states is Florida. Just what i've seen and read about the people in FL. Maybe it's the sun or the water they drink down there.

I've read that some teen girls were drinking bleach in hope that they won't get preganant or something similar to that. It was a while ago. There some other stuff i've read about but can't think of any of them right now.

Kentucky takes the cake on this one.

In relation to vehicles Virginia takes the cake. The only state that doesn't allow a radar detector. They can get you for tint window, height of the car, exhaust even with CARB certification, etc.

Also they try to implement other traffic laws that were found unconstitutional by the courts.

States aren't dumb, although a higher proportion of some state's residents seem to be.

Since when do the states/feds pass laws based on if they are constitutional?

Lug's right on the money. The diversity of people--even within a given ethnic group--is just too varied, in order to establish a "dumb state". But, when push comes to shove...Then, I'd have to go with the Hollywood community: They're rich, they're famous, most of 'em are relatively attractive (although this is debatable, obviously!), yet, they abuse controlled substances and/or are bisexual and/or are blasphemous against their Creator and/or commit suicide and/or envy each other 'cause of fame, money, looks, etc. All in all, they're a bunch of misfits that grow (or, rather, LOOK) older faster than most of us. Just check out old social misfit Lindsey Lohan and other of her kind!

We don't claim them, although I have always wanted to visit for a good laugh. I've heard it's pretty hysterical.

Florida. Every time somebody is caught f*cking an animal, or the severed head of their sister, setting somebody on fire or calling 911 because a fast food outlet has run out of their favourite burger, it's Florida. If it's not Florida, it's Texas.

I call Washington, DC cause its full of complete DUMBASSES!!!! I mean seriously the laws and guidance they supposedly give this nation makes an Alabama redneck look like Einstein!

Honestly, I dont want this to be political but DAM! we have some Dumb politicians!
