Usually caused by impact. i.e. running into a wall, having a blunt object dropped on their head.

Frost, same thing happened to my daughters Chawawa. The vet put the eye back in , but it is off centered. She has to apply eye drops into/on the eye a couple times a day!
TLC, your pets depend, and count on you.
Who else gives you that, happy greeting, glad your home, when you walk in the door!

If you want to know who your TRUE friend is, lock your dog AND your girlfriend in the trunk of your car for three hours.
Open the trunk and see which one is happy to see you.....

Yeah, can't remember if I mentioned this (and don't wanna go back and read through, but the dr said he had seen a case where a dog ran into a wall and knocked one out, one where someone squeezed her dog and the eye popped out, one where a dog sneezed ...

I asked if we could put the eye back in, but she started talking about infections, head pressure, all this other stuff, really pushed me off of it.
Then I asked about a fake eye, she said she could do it, but there were a lot of risks of infections with that as well.

Ouch. This sucks, but I'm sure it'll be fine. My friend's dog lost its eye and is still mad as arseholes. Took it about 2 weeks to get over it. However, his depth perception isn't quite so good anymore, so he's not allowed to drive.

That's fine, I never let him drive the Z anyway ... not after he got wasted and crashed the Jag.
