I know a guy, the most aggressive driver I've ever known, who installed a DVD player in his beater Chevy Blazer. He would watch reruns of Scrubs while hurtling around the Bmore Beltway doing 85.

He's still around and going strong, but it scared the sh-t out of me!

I think you would need to see the spedo....IMO...also a very unsafe idea, we already have idiots texting on the road, don't need to make it worse.
