But you can't vigorously swish any liquid or spit the way you normally would with listerine, as it may break loose any clotting. So swish it gently then just kind of, open your mouth and let it fall out into the sink.

Yea, I've beat him up about being careful with the clotting, no sucking, no straws, no spitting, no vigorous swishing. My mom had hers out later in life, when I was about 10 years old, so I remember it well ......... she developed a dry socket........... that was a living hell

My earliest memory is also 3, an event where I got my backside smacked by my great grand mother for not listening to her and being, well a 3 year old lol. I have a memories from age 4 to 5, and from 6 on they are numerous and normal. This varies from individual to individual I presume?
