I don't bother with oil because I know which ever one I choose it will be the wrong one.

Since my local AutoZone oil drop barrel is full I'm collectig it for my next oil change.

For a 370Z I'd go Motul 8100 5W-30 or 5W-40, change it out every 6000km. It is a full 100% ester oil just like Redline. Stands up to heat better than regular synthetics oils.

LMAO, I just found this thread, how'd I miss this earlier. Best oil would be peanut oil, good for your cholesterol and best to fry in....... with summer coming and higher engine temps, let's make sure we fry in peanut oil

I get used oil from my nearest Burker King after they are done using.... Gives my car that special French fries scent.
