I guess its good these cars were taken off the road. However, i think destroying them may not have been the best idea. if this is for some project called operating 'drag net', then they should have just used these cars for undercover reasons. i'd love to see the look on some douchebag's face when they pull up next to an integra and try to race them, they both take off, and then the lights come on.

the penalty for street racing should be, in addition to any jail/fines/etc, you are only legally allowed to drive a buick century. forever.

Dude, this is like a sacrificial ceremony or something (car style). Instead of ripping out the heart and dismembering the head, they crush the body and rip out the engine.

I can see their point in this project. I dont think its about making money (selling their property like they do to drug dealers, pimps, etc), but rather its about setting example, in hopes that the person will think twice before racing...knowing that their car could have the same fate.

my work crushes all the seizure vehicles from drug dealers, pimps, gangs, etc, and they are SWEET CARS! your talking 30+k market value escallades with LV print leather seats, custom built sub boxes, 22-24 inch rims, speaking of which, one of them had gold plated rims.

and we do it all because we cant get ahold of a title. our next car to be crushed is most likely the nicest looking grand national i have ever seen with an upgraded turbo.

Good riddance to those cars. They're just hunks of trash on 4 wheels anyway. Probably the best way to clean up the streets and make room for more cars worthy of being on the road.

haha its true tho they destroy all street racers cars. its to set an example. they're using civcs but if you race with ur daddy's 335i or audi r8 its gonna go to the crusher too. not gonna impound just crush and its gone forever.
