Careful what you wish for! With any job, there are downfalls. Constantly getting ripped on is just part of the job. Not many people let you know when you're doing well, but they're happy to let you know when they don't like you! Oh well. We will enjoy our Z's in the meantime!

I would have just said something like. "Oh...I'm GREAT at English! In fact, I received my master's degree in English at Harvard back in 2005. How can I help you?
