I've never liked Hummer's. It put a smile on my face to see their position in the stats.

Yeah this list is retarded. Basically if you own a Toyota your gonna get a ticket. I know tons of Scion drivers and they are rarely ticket for anything, and I have never gotten a ticket in the toaster, not to mention 41mpg. What also doesn't make sense is it doesnt list model years. The 04-07 xB has fewer production numbers on the road than any other make. ?????
But If I buy a gas guzzling p.o.s. GM (with exception to hummer) or a Ford byproduct (jag and Mazda)then I'm good to go? That makes no sense at all. Interesting that Toyota is leading Ford and GM now, the Hummer division is beinging slowly phased out and, Buick is struggling for Market support. Bias Conspiracy?? I think so.... It makes sense to me that cars that are $16K new are ticketed a lot! These are cars that are mostly going to be bought by high-school and college students. They're the ones that are the most reckless in general.
I got plenty of tickets when I had my Trans Am. Also notice that there's a LOT of GMs on the safe list. American cars ARE safer, actually. Cops are very patriotic, no matter how much they're still d!cks.

"Would it kill you to buy American?" lol But the Mercedes Benz CLK63 AMG or CLS63 AMG? If you can find a running AMG for 16K I've got a bridge I'd like to sell you. Last edited by BanningZ; 02-07-2009 at 06:46 PM. |

This is totally BS. Cops do not more likely pull someone over and give them a ticket simply base on what kind of car they drive. I drive a Scion tC (for now) and only gotten 1 ticket over the pass 4 years since I own the car. They pull you over base on the color of your car. Red, Yellow or any other exotic colors will get pull over more often.

^^^ They're not pulling you over based on your car. They're pulling over more Scions because they're PRIMARILY owned by 16-22 year olds. That's not to say that cops would likely pull over a Scion than a Buick Park Avenue, but it's saying that the chances are that a more reckless driver will be behind the wheel of a Scion than a Buick Park Avenue because the Scion is a cheaper car and the Buick is really a old person's car.
If you drive within the limits of the law (and you're not driving through Burbank, CA) you should NEVER get pulled over. Whereas, the chances of a 16-22 year old male driving ANY car is that they're NOT driving within the limits of the law and they WILL be pulled over. It's also a good chance that they own a cheaper car because not everyone can afford a Ferrari fresh out the gates of high school. So, again, this list totally makes sense to me. (Personal observation: H2 drivers are generally douche bags.)
