P90x, who is doing it?

I did the full 90 days and lost 20+ lbs. Kept up with diet and excercise.

I just started on this last night. Now my chest hurts and I can't even raise my arms without wincing...Ab Ripper X is just brutal..."I hate it, but I love it" even though I can't do all of the reps...yet.

Get through the first 3 weeks with about 4~5 days a week and you'd be surprised at the results in strength.

Im 21, 5'11, and 195 pounds I would be upset if I lost 20 pounds lol. I ate 10,000 calories a day combined with 2-3 hours a day in the gym to go from 170 to 196. I started doing the abdominal work out then just decided I didn't care about having my stomach cut up. I have a few friends that have done it and actually work for p90x, the CEO even did it.

I hate exercising with a passion. I was 5-8, 235 lbs at 25 years old. I'm 27 and I lost 75 lbs (I'm at ~65 now, after "settling" in at 170 lbs) from Weight Watchers alone, no exercise.

I've had a couple friends do the P90x with about 50/50 results. The 50% that failed did so because they didn't stick with it and eat right.
