Don't worry it's alot of cardio, but it's cardio that is enhanced by anaerobic activity. For example, chest and back workout basically is 150-200 push-ups coupled with 100-125 or so

Don't worry it's alot of cardio, but it's cardio that is enhanced by anaerobic activity. For example, chest and back workout basically is 150-200 push-ups coupled with 100-125 or so pull-ups (depending on how many you can do per set). You should be out of breath by the anaerobic moves.
