Got a little ahead of myself today...
 

I just received my title in the mail today so I headed over to the tag agency and what do I see? A same exact black on black 370Z with near limo tint like mine parked in the lot(also had dealer's temp tag on it) so I immediately parked mine next to it. As I got out of my car, I noticed there's a chick in the car about to pull out so I gave her a friendly wave and that's when I also noticed...










It was a 350. Boy did I feel like a jackass. She was probably thinking I was waving to her because I had the 370 :wtf2:

Hey, there's nothing wrong with 350Zs!

Don't feel bad.. When I see 350's from a distance I almost think I see another 370.. even though the 370 is entirely redesigned, it looks so very close!

It gets under my skin when people assume mine's a 350 though.. I always have to correct them! ;)

My wife still can't tell the difference between the two. :ugh2:

Well my girlfriend was in the car and her boyfriend(I'm assuming) was in the passenger seat also. I guess I forgot to put a big chunk of information in my original post. D;

I wouldnt be too concerned about it.

I look at 350Zs now and go "why does that 370 look weird?"

I haven't had a problem with 350/370 mix ups yet, and what's wrong with what you did? Has society crumbled to the point where waving is grounds for embarassment? I don't think either of the people in that car could have read into the wave as anything negative.
