Here's the current rotation.
I have two more affordables being delivered this week, then I am going to chill out for a while. My next watch purchase should be a Planet Ocean Seamaster (black bezel and dial) around Christmas time... hopefully with my bonus!

Though my Tissot and Flightmaster are both quartz... I prefer the mechanicals!

Well what is your budget and what style watch do you like? Depending on what you like they can be very affordable.
One that is being delivered to me on Thursday only cost me $95 shipped on sale so I figured I'd order it and give it a try.

Spring Drives are expensive as hell for Seikos.
It's funny that Seiko is not a status watch yet it makes many high end pieces (Spring Drive, Grand Seiko, etc). They have some fantastic movements though that real watch enthusiasts really appreciate. Myself... I like to stick to the sub $1000 Seikos. If I'm going to spend $1000+ on a watch it's going to be something like an Omega or a Sinn or something like that. That's just me, though. The thing about the Spring drive is that because it uses the mechanical movement to maintain a battery charge it's not a true mechanical watch in the sense of only mechanical power. Still very cool, though, if you can afford to spend thousands on one.

If you can settle for a regular Seiko automatic you have a lot of options. My favorite watch right now is my little Seiko diver... cost me a little less than $200 back in 2007 and it's my "go to." It's not like it's a COSC rated piece but it keeps +/- 4 seconds per day with probably some improvement in it. Need to regulate it some more.

This one is not my picture... just a good one I found online: It's a Seiko SKX031k2 automatic. I think I bought it from Overstock for $165 back then. Unfortunately it comes on a cheap, folded bracelet, so for about $40 I replaced it with a Seiko Super Oyster bracelet with solid links... a really nice bracelet. I have a Seiko SKX033k2 being delivered to me on Friday. It's the "Pepsi" version of the 031k2. It has a blue dial and blue/red bezel. Once I get it I'll have to source another Super Oyster bracelet because I will not wear the watch with the cheapo bracelet it comes with. This is not my image, but this is the watch: The thing I really like about these divers is they look great on NATO straps. This is not my picture but I wear my 031 on a NATO "bond" strap every now and then like this one:
