Here's my favorite line from the post:

"I think they keeping pulling you over in hopes of meeting a girl. It is a girls car you know. :D"

Unfortunately the system is flawed, sure someone can argue that it gives the cops unlimited discretion but it's such a fine line and no one would bother with the legal costs.
