Hey guys! Is there any way that any of you photoshop pros could change the bottom black part of the front fascia to match the rest of the car color?

Hey guys! Is there any way that any of you photoshop pros could change the bottom black part of the front fascia to match the rest of the car color? I would really appreciate (rep) the help guys. Thank you so much!
