Moving violation advice needed!
 

Hey guys,

To cut to the chase, the cop misspelled my name on my ticket. He literally wrote "TITI" instead of TIM for my first name. I checked online and verified that my first name was spelled TITI in the system as well. Is there a chance i can use that excuse to get out of the ticket? Any advice on where i can start? Thanks in advice guys.

No way the DMV having TITI instead of TIM and the LEO writing that on the ticket will get you out of your moving violation ticket.

Basically the guy is saying no, you cant get out of it.

Calif. like many other states has traffic school. Not sure if this would be a viable option for you. You can read about it, click here ---> LET'S GO TO CALIFORNIA TRAFFIC SCHOOL Also consider doing a Google search to find further info on Traffic School.

I'm sure your license number and plate number are on the ticket, if they were both incorrect you might get off, but highly unlikely. Misspelled name won't do it.

BTW, what was the moving violations 75mph in a 25mph School Zone?
