Alright guys. MW3 coming this Nov. Make sure you're up to date on your subscription and practice on MW2 and Black Ops. We need to get a MW3 weekend going that weekend after release.

That would be sweet, I won't preorder one, but I'll be like the 1.5 million people standing outside bestbuy that first weekend. :rofl2:

I usually pre order big titles because stores will sometimes get giveaways like special downloads, or betas for other games.

Yeah, I dont know about betas, but the downloadable stuff would need to be something worthwhile... "A Golden Gun" Paint scheme isn't enough for me to pre-order.

If it's usual in multiplayer than it not going to be more than a "skin" of some sort. A "special more powerful weapon" that can not be earned would be something that most game creators would be against.

I never pre-order anymore. The game can wait a week. The incentives to pre-order aren't worth it to me. I also never get "collector's edition" anything. imo it's over-paying.

And I don't wait in long lines, either.

Specifically, I stopped pre-ordering when I fully payed for Gran Turismo 3, and then the game got delayed for over ten months, and if I hadn't kept my tattered receipt, I'd have been out the sixty bucks, because I was out of their system by then. Therefore, screw pre-orders. They can get my money when I feel like it. :D

The only way I pre-order is through amazon, cause it shows up the same day as it's released and i don't get all the nonsense, just the game.

I preorder and only deposit the $5. Ive never picked up at a midnight release because it always a Tuesday and I work for a livin. It just peace of mind that there is a copy there and if not something for me to go apeshit about on the manager.

Oh. And I believe that the best preorder incentive would be early release for preorders. I bet they would break some kind of preorder record on a major release if you got the copy a week earlier than buying on the release date.

That still wouldn't make me pre-order, as I can just wait a week, a month, whatever. Although it is pretty lol going to a game store and the guy behind you's talking about picking up his pre-order, while you go ahead and buy the exact same game in front of him on line. It's not the like preorders cost anything extra and I only preorder games like halo and COD. since the gamestop is in the px it's not out of my way either.
