Hey, I'm not keen on the personal information either, but to claim it's un-American when they've been doing it since 1790 when the SCOTUS ruled it within Congress' power is a bit silly. I have no problem with contesting that part of the Census and I think the Patriot Act is fundamentally unconstitutional.
That said, until someone challenges the ethnicity/personal crap and wins, the law is fill it out or you get more potholes. |
