Default Engine clunking/smoking after oil change- HELP!!

Hey guys,

I just changed the oil in my car (my first oil change btw). I followed the instructions on ak's DIY thread. I drove around the block a little and checked for leaks. There aren't any. I turned it back on and now it's clunking and smoking pretty bad. It also looks like I burned off almost a quart trying to start it. Now it won't turn on at all. Any suggestions on what could be the problem?
