F1 too gimmicky

Im sick of F1 introducing random rules to make it more "interesting"

the one fuel tank rule, the two compounds rule are lame...

Should gimmicks be introduced the following will be acceptable:

Track which go upside down and uses the down force to keep the car on the track for certain sections…
driving through waterfalls
Random rain
Banked corners…
Jumps
Oil slick dumping
Guns
Team persuits like in cycling
rally
that funny format in cycling where they start together at a crawling place and then all of a sudden start sprinting trying to stop the other slip streaming and winning...

I totally get what you're saying, but... f1 is supposed to be the ideal and most pure form of motorsport... it is precisely about evolution... evolution of cars, evolution of teams and how they manage cars, evolution of rules... your ideas would be fun, but I'd rather see them happen in a widely televised rally series than in f1

the only thing that bothers me about this year's rules/config/coverage is the lack of digital leaderboard... everything else is great

And your alternative is what? NASCAR? Danika?

I agree. Not seeing the top 8-10 on the left side of the screen sucks...especially in quali.
