Okay, after a few more blue screens than usual lately (again, old computer) I just busted out the credit card.
ASUS P6T Motherboard Intel Core i7-930 Quad 2.8GHz HT Processor OCZ Obsidian DDR3-1600 2GB x 2 RAM (First time trying OCZ) PNY GeForce 9600GT 512MB (2nd one for SLI use) I'm actually having issues running both cards in Windows 7 x64 for some reason, whether in SLI mode or not. The drivers won't install on the 2nd card. I'm thinking it might be motherboard related. Thankfully I can still play at Medium with no issues and High so long as I don't use vehicles. I'm typically tagged up "VQ37" just cuz and my name is "viporZ" because "vipor" was taken  I think I was like rank 9 before I left for work today. Not bad for just a couple days
