Corel bought Jasc a while back and built up the Paint shop pro series. X4 is actually pretty damn good. Also Corel Draw and Photoshop are completely different programs. Corel is more geared towards creating new content while photoshop is more to edit content.

Im trying to use AI instead of Corel, but its meh.
Oh I completely agree that Corel Draw is a good product. I used to run a Graphics Dept and Corel was used quite a bit.

FYI, if you do a Windows Restore and things don't work out to your liking, you can revert back to today's date. Still a good idea to do a backup first, though.
