Windows. Corel bought Jasc a while back and built up the Paint shop pro series. X4 is actually pretty damn good. Also Corel Draw and Photoshop are completely different programs. Corel is more geared towards creating new content while photoshop is more to edit content. Im trying to use AI instead of Corel, but its meh.
