The DOJ is aying they are still investigating so they don't have to answer to Congress.

Hunters defense wants the case closed.so they can settle.

The Judge said basically, you can't have it both ways and punted.

Every gun law is unconstitutional. While I do agree to some point there may be people who shouldnt own one......it doesn't change the fact that every gun law is unconstitutional.
