It's been a while since I've incorporated the cutting phase after bulking. The no-carbs aspect is kicking my @$$, where I feel sluggish at the gym (and overall) and not able to lift as heavy nor as many reps compared to when bulking.

My daughter wanted to go to CMU (Carnegie Mellon University). $120,000 a year. That was in 2001. Told her to pick another one college. She got her master's and doctorate degree at Pitt.

An instrument and control tech at a power plant makes between $40.00 to $48.00 hour. Control room operator makes between $45.00 to $60.00 hour plus overtime. When I retired. I was making 6 figures. Miss those days.
