Carb withdrawal is real phenomenon, esp. the first week.

I had to pretty much live in the man cave for a few days so that nothing would set me off.
You shouldn't be bulking by eating like **** though. Those burgers are loaded with sodium, etc. Carbs are fine to bulk with if you do it by the likes of pasta, rice, beans, etc with chicken/steak for your protein. Beans are great bc they are also high in fiber just make sure to use the non canned ones to avoid sodium.

I need to lose some weight so I plan to go strictly onto a low/no carb diet. Boiled eggs in the morning then plain chicken with broccoli/asaparagus/ string beans, etc for lunch/dinner. Everything will be low in sodium as well which I really need right now.

Most of the bulking was clean, and the Big Mac's were a once-a-week deal to keep me in check on putting in sweat equity at the gym.

Chicken/fish/eggs are my go-to protein and I currently have to cut out red meat. On a side note, I'm really glad egg prices have come down, as I typically consume 8 eggs/day including the shell.

I'm trying to aim for 2 gal. of water/day as I've increased my cardio and decreased my lift sessions and amounts.

Sounds like you need to raise some poultry. Wow.

I could never kill/eat an animal that I raise myself.

I don't know how people do it. I'd get attached to the animal, and I wouldn't be able to slaughter it, much less eat it, after raising it.

Youngest stepson in Bloomfield NM has a small ranch. He's raising cows. They name one cow "Dinner". When we was there. I asked what's for dinner? His wife said "we're have dinner for dinner. It took a few minutes for it to sink in. We were eating the cow named "Dinner" for dinner.
