You shouldn't be bulking by eating like **** though. Most of the bulking was clean, and the Big Mac's were a once-a-week deal to keep me in check on putting in sweat equity at the gym.

Chicken/fish/eggs are my go-to protein and I currently have to cut out red meat. On a side note, I'm really glad egg prices have come down, as I typically consume 8 eggs/day including the shell.

I'm trying to aim for 2 gal. of water/day as I've increased my cardio and decreased my lift sessions and amounts.

Perhaps the wrong agency did the investigation. Shouldn't the Intelligence and Investigations bureau's team up and be handling this?
