That thing is pretty big. Tons of business applications, but I don't see it being very helpful for personal use. I'd rather have a netbook.

That was to be expected - not hard to jailbreak something thats already jailbroken in a smaller form

True, the question though was will the different hardware matter. Though they used the web browser hack so it probably did not matter.

Yeah, hardware doesnt matter much - the operating system itself is portable (can travel to multiple types of hardware without issue) and that's what counts.

Apple is the best at making things no one needs then going on to convince people to buy them.

I still don't understand the purpose of this device. In addition to that, there are tablets coming out that can you know, multitask. Sigh.

Exactly, I cannot wait for the Android tablets.
The one selling point for Apple products are the third party developers but 90% of the good ones all develop for both Apple & Google now so it does not matter. Plus investing into Google right now has been very nice, and if an Android tablet hits I might pre-order it.
