It's easy to fix your sleeping patterns
I know how it is to go to sleep at like 5am then sleep in the next day getting up late, then when the night comes around you are not tired and have trouble sleeping. Tossing and turning for hours. Its hard but all you have to do is, lets say you get to sleep tonight at 4am, you must set your alarm early, lets say 8am. You will be a zombie all day most likely but as long as you don't nap later on that day, when night comes you will be exhausted and should sleep well It way not work out on the first day but regardless you have to set your alarm again to 8am and get up when it goes off, do not sleep in or snooze. In addition to this don't eat or drink anything close to bedtime. Also if you workout hard just before dinner (1 hour before) then eat, you should be pretty exhausted by 9-10pm - Ty |
