These types of interactions are not rare lol it's to a point where I will use it to my advantage to win over clients. By some great luck, I've had alot of non-Asian clients that have been to Korea so that's usually my "in" with them.

And yes, 10 BM's. Not having the sauce makes a huge difference in terms of calories and how much I can eat at once. But, it's only once a week and after a heavy lift session.

When I was racing mountain bikes back in the 90's. After a race or heavy training day. It was always a BIG plate of pasta. Sometimes 3 of them. Always ate them within an hour afterwards.

That's the way to do it. I get horrible headaches and mood swings when carb cycling.

The crazy part is true. Not as feisty as latina's, but they are known to throw anything within reach.

Cooking part, not sure. The ladies at the pho restaurant I went to recently seemed to punish that kitchen.
