Heavy lifting day after cheat day.

On a side note, this is the time of year where I see an influx of new memberships at the gym from resolutions, and then around February is when it goes back to normal when said new members stop coming and you start to see only the familiar faces around.

New Year Resolutions are great, but resolutions without action and results are worthless.

Mine will probably still be 4K. 8K isn't worth it yet.

Much respect to those that take the first step of actually going to the gym. That being said, veteran or newbie, if you are taking up a piece of equipment and all you're doing is checking Twitter/IG or otherwise not working out,

I'm an @sshole by nature with very limited patience for stupidity, and I am that person that will kick your sh!t off the equipment if you're jacking around.
