Supposedly this is for insurance reasons ( similar to whether or not you're a tobacco smoker ) because if you're not vax'd your premiums will be higher than a vax'd employee. There are companies (United Airlines comes to mind) that are charging their employees an extra $250 for their health insurance. The article wasn't clear if that was per month or on the annual premium.
