That's once a week, on my cheat day, and right after a heavy-lift session.

Gym is 6 days/week with Saturday usually my day off.

Side note: this "habit" is much better than other bad habits, such as smoking and/or drinking.

Please let Vegas lose. I don't want a new expansion team winning before the Rangers get another cup. At least the Panthers were brand new the year NY won. They have kinda earned their status right now. 29yrs is way more fair than 6.
