Both are some of my fav. retailers, but both are very late to the game. Not sure why they are NOW sounding off the alarm and panicking, when this has been in the talks/forecasts/etc. for over a year.

Macy's and Costco, whoever your financial budget advisors/planners are, fire them immediately.

The beach is literally right behind me. I can cast-net bait in my backyard before making a fishing trip. Imagine what my rates are

I'm debating on whether to sell my home and buy cash in GA or do a cash-out refinance on my current home and use that for the next purchase.
