I'm 6'2". My weight has been high as 260. Now 67 yrs old. I'm at 200 lbs now.

Coming out of high school. I was 6'1", 230 lbs. And a member if the 300 lbs bench rest club.

Time to go cut grass

I just started cutting out certain things or stopped buying things that I enjoyed to eat. Doctor told me, cut carbs, red meat, soda, etc.. its no fun.. But it's working.. There are good days and bad days, but I do not get discouraged..

well good bad indifferent, need to add you height... 177 and 6 foot would be great....

envious of Rusty at 200, (he and I are the same height) hoping to get to 210 this year. But then again, the doctor said 215 would be fine... can't figure that one out

yeah, Im actually 6 foot, 177 pounds.. knees are bad from the military but I still manage to get out there and grind it out.
