Maxima's in the $50K range is unfortunately the new norm. Who would have thought the base Z would start close to $70K?

ok, so being fair and honest, i just looked into the new 375z..

the only cool thing that I saw that you'd have to pay for (roughly $500), it doesn't come standard.. you can get a "virtual" key.. which gives you the ability to lock/unlock your doors AND remote start...

nissan definitely nickel and dimes you for everything, and after looking at a lot of their accessories, a lot of that stuff should come standard.. but i digress.

What the website says and what the individual dealers are charging are two different stories.

And yes, close to $70K. I saw one in person at a dealer a few months back, and it was listed at $66K.

Not sure why everyone seems to be surprised by the costs. The media has been heavily covering rate increases. What did people think was going to happen?

https://www.fox13news.com/news/gen-z...-challenge-you

"Gen Z hardest generation to work with, according to survey: ‘They lack discipline‘ and 'like to challenge you’."

"A number of managers also agreed that Gen Z workers lack communication skills, effort, motivation and even technological skills."

How?? I thought they would be the most technologically advanced?

"And one of the top reasons that GenZers are being canned from their jobs, according to the April survey, is that they are 'too easily offended.'"

"Of respondents who say Gen Z is the most difficult generation to work with, 34% say they prefer to work with Millennials, 30% with Gen X, and 4% with Baby Boomers," the survey concluded.

Good job Millennials! We rock!

People complain about 8% home and car loans. Interest rates say in the 80's/90's was close to 20% for homes loans and near 15% for car loans. And mind you, incomes were much lower then compared to now, even with inflation factored in.

Yup. Leased the Rouge. $45,000 vehicle. $4000 down, 18 months 15,000 miles. $535 a month. 12,000 a year mileage was an extra $80 a month. one of the main reasons went with it is because they blew me away with what they gave me on the Z. At this rate the Rogue is going to sit for the last two months of the lease to keep it under the mileage.

Wife loves it so far, but I think I’m going with a Mazda CX5 next year. Lots more bang for the buck.

Industry standard is 15K miles from what I was told by Geico. We put maybe 7K miles a year on the wifey's car. Z got maybe 200 miles the past 2 years from being out of commission.
