Bro, at the end of the meeting, he literally said that. He was like "Well, I hear Asians are good with numbers, so I feel much better." motherf*cker :shakes head:

This particular client was grilling me from the get-go and for a good month. Turns out he was shopping around and testing lenders because he had been burned before. This dude is self-employed AND doing multiple 1031 exchanges. Self-employed borrowers are usually trickier to qualify because their income can fluctuate monthly AND they have a tendency to write a bunch of stuff off, which in turn lowers the income we can use to qualify.

Non-binary ex-Biden energy official escapes jail time in luggage grand larceny case. Brinton faced up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine in the case

So when does Brandon give this freak his job back?

I’m of Italian decent and grew up in a melting pot of NJ. I embrace the stereotyping. I even have fun with it. I’m always asked what brought me to North GA from NJ?

I tell them the witness protection program.

I had someone ask me what I thought of the Sopranos. Told him I had no idea, I didn’t watch reality TV.

I can’t sing worth a lick, I don’t know how to cut hair and the only thing I know about plumbing is water flows down hill, sh*t stinks and paydays are Friday.

Anyway, who cares, the world is ending in a couple more years. A horsetoothed bartender from the Bronx told us so...

No climate prediction ever made has come true.

Take away government funding from climate studies. You wouldn't hear a thing about global warming. It has become a cash cow with easy money to be made.

They say CO2 levels are too high today. It's around 400 PPM today. In the earth's past. It has been high as 4,000 ppm. This was when the dino's roam, and the earth was lust green planet. Plant's need CO2 to live. Optimum level is 1,200 ppm for todays plants. When the CO2 levels get to low. Plants start to die off. This happens around 300 ppm. When the CO2 levels drop below, it then become an extinction event. How low do those idiots want the CO2 levels to get?

Everything I just posted. You can find on wiki.

One Volcano fart, including underwater, spews more Co2 than man ever has. The climate has changed for BILLIONS of years. For a clown to claim the end is going to end in 12 years (5 years ago) shows the mentality of these clowns.

You are correct, even the clown that authored the “green new deal” admitted it had NOTHING to do with our climate.

And lastly, does anyone really think if we were going to be underwater in a couple of years Barry Obama would buy a $15,000,000 mansion on a sea level island?

PS: to all the clowns that believe the ice caps melting will flood the world… fill up a glass with ice and water to the top and leave it to fully melt. Let me know what happens… :rofl2::rofl2:

Nope, not buying into this at all. The previous messages have been each hurricane season will get worse and each hurricane will become more intense due to global warming. How we are going to have a below-average season? While I hope this is true, I simply don't believe them.

man, lets hope all of them stay away from florida..
