I was wondering about this actually. So wouldn't it be the SCOTUS that would oversee this?

This would be a Federal Election crime if true. It would be under a Federal Prosecutor's jurisdiction, who.already lookled at it and refused to pursue any legal action because there was no campaign fund crime. Once again, paying people.for.their silence is not against the law. Well, its legal as long as you're not a political enemy to the elites in charge.
