Like I said, out of state spring breakers have no regard nor respect when they come. It's almost like they feel they have immunity from FL law and when they get caught, they claim ignorance and victim.

On a side note, my beloved alma mater was on spring break this past week, and saw some gorgeous kappa's from UF :eek::eek::eek::eek:

2 interviews this coming Monday.

From the previous interviews, I have noticed that more interviewers are dressed very casually. Much different than say 7 years ago, when suit/tie was the norm and expectation in my industry. When I interviewed with Pfizer a few weeks back, one of the interviewers was dressed in a tank top and a hat backwards :confused:

With FL's hot@$$ weather and not wanting to feel out of place by dressing up more than necessary but not wanting to under-dress, thoughts on a polo shirt and dress pants for interviews?

im always in a suit and tie.. clean shaven, looking my best.. but thats just me. you never know how they'd perceive you if you were in anything less
