I'm over covid already. Just slowed me up for 2 days. Taste buds are wacky. Everything tastes off.

Keep poppin' those antidepressant pills people. It's only goin' to get worse.

Hope you're feeling better! COVID is no joke. I used to joke about it all the time saying that sh!t is fake and doesn't do anything. I ended up getting the later strand earlier this year and it knocked me out cold for 4 days.

Sunday, I started with a sore throat and it just got worse. Monday, I knew I had something. Sweats and chills that night. Tuesday, stayed in bed. Tested positive. wifey called the doctor and we did a video call. Got 2 meds from the office. Had a nuclear meltdown of night sweats last night. Woke up today feeling fine. Been feeling good all day. Taste buds haven't recovered.

Sweat that sh!t out....glad to hear you're better! Sense of taste should come back soon - it took me about 2 weeks to get mine back, and when I did, it was almost like discovering a new world lol.

Maybe others that also had to partake in the unfortunate experience of COVID can chime in, but it seems like my sense of taste got better post-COVID. For lack of better words, it's almost like transitioning from CRT tv to UHD tv.

On a sour note, my sister had spinal surgery the other week. When they were moving her to the rehab inpatient clinic yesterday, the nurse noticed she was leaking spinal fluid. So they immediately took her back to the hospital and into surgery. They installed a lumbar drain and she will be in the ICU for another week or so before hopefully moving out to the rehab clinic. Please keep her in your prayers. Her name is Anne.
