Yup. It's time for a new roof anyway. I just claimed it under the freezing winter storm we had in February.

made it to Durango last night at 1030pm. Gnarly Storm driving through Flagstaff.

Kinda pissed off because I booked a cabin through AirBnB. Nowhere in the listing did they say it was a KOA campground cabin - I booked it through AirBnB, not Aircampground.. I kept trying to get a hold of the host all day yesterday to ask questions, no return calls or msgs.
Get to the cabin, no power. Also, not knowing it was at a KOA campground, we were completely unprepared for it (no blankets, pillows etc.) Had to use towels as bed sheets, rolled up shirts for pillows and jackets for blanket. Oh, did I mention no power? Not happy at all. :shakes head::shakes head::shakes head:

But the scenery is amazing! Peppers first experience with a river.

Cold weather is coming. Just got a full trailer load of wood fuel pellets. :icon14:

Lot of friends been having issues with AirBnB lately. :shakes head:

Doctor called. Got the results back. Have a kidney with inflammation. Don't know what is causing it. He's going to turn me over to a specialist. Waiting for an appointment.

Only reason we arent staying at my sisters is because she has 3 dogs that might gang up on Pepper (their youngest dog is full of ..."bravado") and they have 3 cats that put Pepper in Hunting mode. But I think Id take that chance if I knew what this cabin was like.
Im gonna raise hell with AirBnB it feels like a bait and switch

My oldest stepson has 2 dogs. Both over 70 lbs. Last time we stayed there. He blamed 9 lb Mia for all the trouble his 2 dogs got into. :mad: Told the wifey. I'm never going to stay there again. Visit, yeah. Stay, no.

Me too. Last time. It was 4 hospitals. 4 surgeries. And 2 months of being screwed up walking around with a hose sticking out of my back.
