Best Buy dryer delivery failed miserably yesterday. They changed my delivery time frame without asking, the guy still showed up several hours late, didn't even have my dryer, and then tried to sell me one off his truck :shakes head:

Went to the store and had a pow-wow with the manager. They gave me a good deal on an open box that I could take home. It's a little scratched up but it has way more features and cost me half as much as the original one I ordered.
